If you've got large angry red spots - you've got acne. About 85 per cent of teenagers develop acne. The sudden outflow of oil produced in puberty damages the cells lining the hair follicles and sebum ducts. Also dead cells mix with it and block the pores. That trapped material is a rich feeding for bacteria which aggravates inflammation causing swelling, redness and sometimes pus. Same happens if you are going through hormonal imbalances or stress that increase the production of sebum. With BIOSKIFORTE you can heavily reduce the effects of acne.

Eliminate Oily Skin the Natural Route!

by Lisa Sampson

Combination and oily skin may seem very different, but they do share some common points. For example, they both require similar forms of acne care, which implies that they can also be treated using common skin care products.

The best way of dealing with this problem is to establish a regular cleansing routine. With mild to moderate cases of acne (facial and back acne), a regular cleansing routine can be more effective than over the counter acne creams. However, keep in mind that severe forms of acne should be monitored and treated by a medical professional.

First Step: Cleansing Acne Prone Skin

You can reduce clogged pores and slow down the overproduction of sebum with a soapy cleanser. This works for both oily and combination skin.

Do not confuse soapy with simply soap and water. Unfortunately if you do you'll find that the two simply help spur on dry skin. This dryness will then trigger extra sebum production, which will subsequently lead to clogged pores and acne lesions.

Contrary to popular belief, you can effectively treat oily and combination skin with a natural acne remedy. A great natural cleansers for oily skin is milk of magnesia. It's quite simple to use, all you need to do is rub it on your skin and rinse off.

Second Step: Exfoliate and Tone Your Skin

Many people like to include a toner in their daily regimen. However if your cleanser does a good enough job and removing your makeup, then it probably isn't necessary. If you do decide to use a toner, then make sure that it is alcohol-free.

Exfoliating, on the other hand, should be done at least once a week, especially if you have oily or combination skin. If you find that your skin is still a bit dull, then you can try exfoliating twice a week.

Facial scrubs can be both good and bad. Both oily and combination skin can handle the cleansing tool, but only in a light manner. Don't over-scrub . Also keep in mind that with excessive cleansing your skin will produce more sebum if it is scrubbed too hard.

Third Step: Use the Appropriate Moisturizer

Just because you have oily skin or combination skin, do not assume that it does not require a moisturizer. These types of skin need a moisturizer for the same reason any skin does. However the type of moisturizer is recommended to be light and water based so it does not overly coat your skin.

Extra Step: Natural Acne Skin Care Treatment to Treat Acne

Regarding making your skin regimen a complete one, find an acne spot treatment. By using acne creams for spot treatment, you will be able to help boost the effectiveness of your daily cleansing routine and minimize any possible irritation produced to healthy skin.
