Acne Vulgaris Treatment with Natural Cream

Acne vulgaris treatment depends on whether you have a mild, moderate, or severe form. Treatment will depend on the severity of the acne and may include a cream or a gel you put on blemishes or sometimes entire areas of skin, such as the chest or back. You might also take medications by mouth (oral medications).

Mild acne

Treatment for mild acne (whiteheads, blackheads, or pimples) may include:

If the blemishes are present, try the following:

1. Give the skin a steam bath, especially to the face. This is easy to do, just put water to boil (about 8 glasses) with some lemon slices and salt. Once it is boiling place your face above the steam and covers almost your whole head with a towel. Wait for 5-10 minutes and then wash with warm water. This will keep the pores clean and unclogged.
   
   
2. After washing the skin, while it is still wet, gently scrub over it some sea salt, especially over the breakouts. Gently massage with circular motions, and keep away from the eyes. Do this for 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
   
   
3. Following the massage, cut a citric fruit like lemon, orange or other into halves. Softly and with care, rubb the fruit over your face, squeeze a bit so the juices will be absorbed by the skin, and let it dry naturally. This works as a natural toner.
